Dr. Deborah Weisbrot, MD
Dr. Deborah Weisbrot, Assistant Professor of Psychiatry at Stony Brook University Medical Center, is the Director of the child and Adolescent Psychiatry Outpatient Division.

Her current areas of clinical care and research interest in the pediatric population are anxiety, depression, aggressive behavior, and the neuro-psychiatric aspects of chronic medical disorders in the pediatric population, such as in Multiple Sclerosis.

She has lectured nationally on child and adolescent depressive disorders and in addition to multiple sclerosis has a major interest in conversion disorders and epilepsy.
