The Pediatric Multiple Sclerosis CenterÁs mission is to improve
the treatment of Multiple Sclerosis in the pediatric age group and
better define the disease. To do this we have to:
Define the clinical and demographic features in
pediatric Multiple Sclerosis;
Determine current health care needs in pediatric
Multiple Sclerosis;
Evaluate the impact of Multiple Sclerosis on the
educational, cognitive and behavioral development of children and
adolescents;
Study the biologic features of Multiple Sclerosis
to understand its causes;
